Refund/Return Policy
If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any non-cancellable item purchased through the site please contact the Online Team directly using the order number you were given when you placed an order.
Cakes made to order must be collected as arranged. Preparation for personalised order cakes start as early as 24 hours before collection.
Therefore, if you try to cancel your order within 24 hours of the collection time, it is highly unlikely that the shop will be able to cancel your order.
No refunds will be given:

- No refund or exchange will be offered on Methai, Loose Biscuits, Samosas, Pastries, Dairy & Frozen Products once purchased. Unless these products are not eatable upon inspection.
- We must receive the products back to inspect, in order for a refund or exchange to be received. Refund or exchange will only be offered at management desertion and via original method of payment if refunded.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of collection time.
- Uncollected orders.
- Uncollected orders will be destroyed after 24 hours of collection time.
